Church Lawton Parish Council’s chairman, Cllr Gareth Mitchell, invites all our residents along to the rearranged Annual Parish Meeting for 2024 at Lawton Memorial Hall. The meeting will start at 2:00pm prompt. We apologise for the unavoidable need to cancel the meeting on the 27th April.
Come along and hear about the activities of the council over the last year and all hear about future plans. A financial report and update will also be presented.
Very importantly, this will be your chance to find out about the Neighbourhood Plan progress. Our consultant will be gving an update and there will be a chance to ask questions. Hearing your thoughts is very important to us as we put the finishing touched to the plan and approach regulation 14.
You will also have chance to hear about the Council’s work as trustee of Lawton Memorial Hall.
There will be opportunity after the talks for any other matters to be raised by you – this is your meeting.
