Parish Council response: The Parish Council has no objection in principle. However, the Parish Council does have some concerns around the scale of the proposal. The Parish Council also has concerns around drainage and hope that adequate measures will be in place to ensure there won’t be water running down onto the road during wet weather. A neighbour has referred to a loss of daylight into a bedroom and the Parish Council ask if the planning officer can ensure that there isn’t any unacceptable loss of amenity to this neighbour.
