I have been a resident in Church Lawton with my wife Kathleen for 60 yrs, I have represented Church Lawton as a Councillor before: 21 yrs on the Parish, 14 yrs on the former Congleton Borough Council and 4 yrs on the former Cheshire County Council, collectively 25 yrs. I was the Mayor of Congleton Borough Council in 2000/1
